Faculty & Staff Giving

As a current or retired employee, your commitment to making the University of Louisiana at Lafayette a vibrant community of leaders and innovators can be seen every day. You, better than anyone, know that tuition and state funding alone do not cover the cost of a UL Lafayette education. Financial contributions from alumni, friends, corporations and foundations bridge the funding gap.

Your annual gift creates a culture of philanthropy on our campus and inspires others in the community to invest in the University.

The Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign

Your gift. Your choice. Invest in an area that inspires you.

Whether you are interested in academics, arts, athletics or alumni programming, your tax-deductible gift of any size makes an immediate impact and demonstrates your investment in UL Lafayette.

Why Give?

  • Gifts of all size matter. A majority of annual gifts to the University are under $250. The collective impact of annual gifts drives the University toward greater academic, artistic, athletic and community service excellence.
  • Tuition and fees only cover approximately 40% of the cost of a UL Lafayette education. Private support from alumni and friends – including faculty and staff – bridge the funding gap.
  • Corporations and foundations consider the percentage of faculty and staff giving when making decisions to fund initiatives.
